With my personalized coaching and guidance, I’ll work alongside you and your support team to create a fully encompassing birth plan. We will discuss your desires for pregnancy and birth, how to make those desires realities and develop skills to make your birthing experience beautiful and peaceful.
All doula packages include at least 2 prenatal visits, phone support before and during labor, in-person labor and delivery support, and staying with you after birth.

Completely personalized care through the duration of pregnancy and birth
1:1 coaching takes pregnancy and birth prep to the next level. Together we can tackle any and all challenges that come up during your pregnancy from start to finish. Not just close to birth or during the postpartum period.
We will meet frequently for check-ins and I will provide individualized support and care to make your pregnancy and birth the best times of your life.
This coaching is as much for the pregnant person as it is for your supporter! I can help you as a couple navigate the changes that occur during pregnancy and becoming new parents.
